Cucumber Gin Gimlet

I’m back at it with another cucumber drink recipe! This one features gin, and it comes in gimlet form. A traditional gimlet is equal parts gin, and equal parts lime juice. It is typically served on the rocks and garnished with a slice of lime. Since I am featuring cucumber-infused drinks, this particular recipe from Sips, Nibbles & Bites is a variation from the classic recipe with cucumber and rosemary muddled with lime juice and simple syrup. My mouth is already watering waiting for 5 o’clock so that I can enjoy this recipe. This is definitely something to make for your next Zoom happy hour!

  • 1/2 Lime Juice only

  • 1/2-1 Ounce Simple Syrup Adjust to your desired sweetness

Garnish

  • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
