Will Boomerang Ricochet?
There is word on the street that the 90’s classic movie Boomerang is being remade. I love and hate this idea for a couple of obvious reasons. I am not the biggest fan of remakes because I feel like we shouldn’t mess with the original. Boomerang was a classic film for that time period. The fashion, the music, and not to mention the iconic cast. I feel like somethings just shouldn’t be messed with or interrupted. On the other hand, I love this idea because if it is done correctly, the story can be re-told for a new generation. The original Boomerang took place in an all-black advertising agency in New York City. Where will this remake take place? I also think that the cast will make or break the movie. One wrong selection will disrupt the synergy of the whole production. To that point, here are my suggestions for the cast of Boomerang 2.0.
